Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 17.12.2025

Effective from: 17.12.2025

1. Introduction

Using this site (FoxSlots) means you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full. Read through them carefully before you start playing.

2. Changes to These Terms

These terms aren’t fixed permanently — we may update them as needed. Major changes will be flagged where possible, but it’s on you to check back periodically rather than assume nothing’s changed.

3. Who Can Play

3.1 Real-money play isn’t available everywhere. Residents of the following countries can’t deposit or play for real money: Malta, Poland, Georgia, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

3.2 You need to meet the legal gambling age set by your own jurisdiction — that responsibility sits with you, not us. We can ask for proof of age at any point, and non-compliance can mean suspension or termination of your account.

4. Currencies We Support

4.1 Play is available in EUR, USD, GBP, BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, TRX, DOG, USDT, BNB, XRP, ADA, SOL, and USDC.

5. Fees and Taxes

5.1 Any taxes owed on winnings are your responsibility under your local laws. If a deposit goes unused with no bets placed, we may deduct processing fees when you withdraw.

6. Knowing the Games You Play

6.1 It’s on the player to understand how each game works — payout structures and mechanics included — before playing.

7. Where Our Liability Ends

7.1 Gambling carries financial risk, and losses from using the site aren’t something we’re liable for.

7.2 We take security seriously, but unauthorized third-party access beyond our control isn’t something we can be held responsible for.

7.3 Technical issues — software bugs, hardware failure, connectivity drops, or other disruptions — fall outside our liability too.

8. Your Account

8.1 One account per person. Running multiple accounts risks termination and loss of funds, and sharing account access with anyone else isn’t permitted.

8.2 Multiple accounts detected from the same IP may be restricted or shut down.

8.3 We can request verification documents — ID, proof of address, or financial statements — at any time.

8.4 Inaccurate or unverifiable documentation can result in account closure and forfeited funds.

9. Fraud Prevention

9.1 Identity verification may be required before withdrawals go through, as part of our fraud checks.

9.2 Chargebacks, duplicate accounts, stolen payment methods, or other fraudulent conduct all lead to termination.

9.3 Bonuses and winnings gained through exploitative tactics like advantage play can be voided.

9.4 Manipulation, collusion, or fraud can mean suspension, forfeited winnings, and a report to relevant authorities.

9.5 Spot a software glitch or error? Report it right away — not doing so can leave you liable for resulting damages.

9.6 Replaceable Bitcoin transactions (Opt-in RBF) aren’t allowed, and accounts using them risk closure.

9.7 A deposit needs to be wagered at least 3 times before it’s withdrawable — this applies even if the deposit sat unused, as part of our anti-money laundering compliance.

10. Making a Deposit

10.1 Not sure what’s available in your region? Check with support first.

10.2 20 USD/GBP (or equivalent) is the deposit floor — anything below won’t go through.

10.3 Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits can be reversed, and any resulting fund loss isn’t reimbursed.

11. Withdrawing Funds

11.1 20 USD/GBP or equivalent is the minimum withdrawal.

11.2 Withdrawing before hitting the 3x wagering threshold on your deposit may trigger transaction fees.

11.3 Verification checks can happen before a withdrawal clears, and we can pause withdrawals if something doesn’t add up.

11.4 Standard limits sit at 10,000 USD/GBP weekly and 40,000 USD/GBP monthly, with higher ceilings available to high-value depositors.

11.5 Progressive jackpot payouts are the exception — paid out in full regardless of the standard limits above.

12. Inactive Accounts

12.1 90 days without activity marks an account as dormant, and we reserve the right to close it and retain the remaining balance.

12.2 Dormant accounts can be reopened — just contact support.

13. Responsible Gambling

13.1 We keep an eye on player behavior for signs of problem gambling.

13.2 Where a concerning pattern shows up, we may restrict or suspend the account to support responsible play.

13.3 Warning signs we watch for include unusually long sessions, frequent deposits, and repeated requests to raise betting limits.
